Warehouse Assistant
This position entails picking and delivering orders; quality control of equipment both on-site and in the warehouse, along with regular warehouse stock takes. Self-motivation and initiative are important, as you will be arranging your own workload schedules.

Duties
Prepare orders of equipment for campsites, which includes picking of stock.
Load and unload lorries
Be responsible for the safe-keeping of company money, vehicles and property.
Carry out quality control checks and to count and record stock figures.
Be responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.
Develop productive working relationships with colleagues.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, other warehouse staff and repair and maintenance Engineers and Assistants.
Brief and assist campsite couriers if required.
Maintain an effective filing system and to update records on a regular basis.
Be able to deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence.
Be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines.
Assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Manager.
Key Requirements
• Hold a full, clean driving licence with van driving experience
• You should be available to work from February to November
• Experience of relevant practical and physical work
• Previous experience of team activities
• Previous work experience
• You should have lots of energy, basic common sense and a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent communication skills
