Warehouse Administrator

The Warehouse Administrator carries out all warehouse general administration duties, supporting the Warehouse Manager in the smooth running of the warehouse.

Office Administrator

Duties

To input information into the warehouse database, to run reports as required.

To co-ordinate / input and arrange all deliveries to campsites and depots.

To be responsible for the safe-keeping of company vehicles, money and property.

To communicate effectively with:
Colleagues
Other Warehouse Staff
Campsite Staff
Suppliers

To be proficient in the use of all office equipment including:
Telephone / answer phone
Fax machine
Computer packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

To collate, check and summarise all paperwork and submit to deadlines.

To follow up all queries relating to site stock levels and Montage/Demontage submissions

To maintain an effective filing system and to update records on a regular basis.

To compile various reports.

To liaise directly with external suppliers whenever necessary

Ongoing database development throughout the year

Responsible for all purchasing administration and logging of incoming goods

To assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Manager

Key Requirements

Proficient communication in French

Previous experience of working in an administrative role

Organisational skills - the ability to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines/targets.

Competent PC skills

Full driving licence
