Overseas Trainer/Assessor
To deliver training in line with company standards on campsites throughout Europe. To support, guide and assess Work Based Learning candidates to national standards.

Duties
To understand and become familiar with company policies and procedures as laid down in company manuals.
To coordinate campsite training and to ensure all training materials required are present.
To deliver group training and one-to-one training for onsite positions.
To assess the performance of trainees and to provide feedback to their line manager(s).
To evaluate own practice and take appropriate action to improve.
To provide pastoral care and welfare for overseas staff.
To communicate effectively with all parties.
To become familiar with the Work Based Learning programmes offered by the company and encourage uptake.
To support, guide and act as a mentor to Work Based Learning candidates and to ensure timely completion of qualifications.
To be responsible for record keeping on trainee’s progress and raising issues of concern to line manager.
To be professional at all times, and comply with the trainers ‘Code of Conduct’.
To perform other duties appropriate to your role as requested by your Line Manager.
