Venue Trainer

You will deliver training programmes to overseas staff to ensure we have confident, motivated well-prepared people who are ready to go out to site and provide a top quality service to our customers.

You will also be responsible for the preparation and evaluation of courses and staff welfare.

Duties

To understand and become familiar with company policies and procedures as laid down in various manuals.

To set up the training room and to ensure all training materials required are present. To pack away training room on completion of course.

To deliver group training for all on-site positions. When training Team Leaders to ensure all delegated tasks are completed to company standards e.g. accommodation preparation.

To assess the performance of trainees and to provide feedback to line managers.

To evaluate own practice and taking appropriate action to improve.

To provide pastoral care and welfare for overseas staff.

To carry out other duties as required including uniform distribution, travel arrangements and administration

  • To provide on-call support during the evenings (on a rota basis).

To communicate effectively with all parties.

To be professional at all times, and comply with the trainers “Code of Conduct”.

To perform other duties appropriate to your role, requested by the Overseas Venue Training Manager.

 

 

         

Training Administrator

Your duties will include all aspects of administration in support of the overseas training team, with particular emphasis on booking travel, working with budgets and providing venue managers with accurate information.

         

Uniform Administrator

You will be responsible for stock control, packing and distribution of uniform to all overseas staff, which involves working to tight deadlines. Included in this role are other administrative duties such as accounts.

• Computer and telephone skills (Administrative roles)

• You will also need to be available for work from February through to late August; however there may be some flexibility with dates if required.
