Site Manager
We are looking for high calibre team leaders, with proven supervisory experience to lead our largest teams (between 8 and 15 staff). You will be expected to set and maintain excellent service and behavioural standards. Previous experience of leading a team and working within a customer service environment is essential.
You may also lead montage and demontage teams at the beginning and end of the season.
A successful season will provide an excellent stepping-stone to a career in the tourism industry.
Duties
To be actively involved in all aspects of montage / demontage taking a lead role when required.
To be responsible for the setting-up of the campsite to company standards as laid down in the overseas manuals, to ensure that the campsite is ready for opening on time.
To manage the on-site team including:

Assess and monitor individual performance of Couriers and Children’s Couriers.

Appraise, train and develop staff.

Allocate workload to ensure resources are fully utilised.

Ensure staff meet company standards in all areas of the role, and deliver a high level of customer care.

Support and guide staff in completion of any work based learning programmes.
To ensure that a high standard of customer service is provided, to advise and assist Couriers / Children’s Couriers in dealing with customer complaints.
To ensure that administration is completed on time and accurately.
To ensure that any shortfalls in safety standards are communicated as shown in the Health and Safety guidelines.
To communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, suppliers, resort office and senior staff.
To ensure safe keeping of company monies. To submit accurate accounts paperwork.
To be fully aware of information contained in the Overseas Manuals and to ensure that company policies and standards are maintained.
Some aspects of the Couriers role also apply.
To carry out any other duties as required by the Overseas Manager.
