Assistants/Drivers
Montage Assistants
Montage Assistants are employed at the start of the season (approximately late Feb to May) to help set-up for the season - including putting up tents, moving/distributing equipment and cleaning/preparing accommodation.
Demontage Assistants
Demontage Assistants are employed at the end of the season (approximately August to October) and their role includes dismantling tents, cleaning and transporting and storing equipment.
Montage/Demontage Drivers
To be responsible for the company vehicle and the transportation of staff from site to site and be able to meet the health and safety aspects of this. To ensure the distribution of equipment, though out the montage/demontage period runs smoothly. To prepare and clean the tents and mobiles to, come out, or go back into storage.
Duties
Clean and prepare tents, mobile homes and equipment, in preparation for the season or winter storage.
Erect / Dismantle tents.
Distribution /collection of equipment, which involves some heavy lifting.
To be involved in quality control and stock taking of equipment.
Preparation & maintenance of accommodation and equipment.
To assist in domestic duties to ensure reasonable living conditions for the team.
Any other duties as specified by team leader.
Key Requirements (Montage/Demontage Assistant)

• You should have lots of energy and basic common sense

• Experience of practical, physical and repetitive work
