Mini Fun Station Courier
The Role
We have a Mini Fun Station service in low season for toddlers from 6 months to 5 years and require a number of enthusiastic children’s couriers to run the service.
You will provide a first class service to all customers with toddler age children, offering fun for their toddlers through an organised, varied and safe programme of activities as well as offering a general support function during their holiday.
You will need to have previous experience of working with 1-5 year olds, be very independent (as you will be required to have sole responsibility for the sessions) and able to lead sessions and deal with parents, who are in attendance at all times.
You will be required to work from the 10th of May until the 10th of July.
If you wish to you can also stay on after this time and become a Children's Courier.

Duties
To run an organised, fun play area, ensuring the toddlers are gaining a safe, positive experience.
To ensure the safe and effective use of equipment and operate general safe practices during activities and service opening hours.
To set up the Mini Fun Station tent and equipment, ensuring the equipment is properly assembled and positioned safely.
To ensure the tent and equipment is clean and safe prior to each session. To decorate the Mini Fun Station tent to a high standard.
To ensure a selection of light refreshments are provided for parents during each session as per specification.
To welcome and get to know the toddlers and parents in your sessions, ensuring that their enjoyment and safety is your prime concern.
To ensure a selection of refreshments are available for parents and children during each session.
To create and maintain interest throughout each session, ensuring that each child is able to participate in the activities taking place.
To successfully promote the service to our customers, including visiting newly arrived customers with toddlers to introduce yourself and the service.
To advertise any toddler equipment loan that is available on your parc (where applicable).
To provide a baby-sitting service.
To be familiar with information about local facilities, events and attractions that toddler families may require.
To submit neat and accurate reports and paperwork to a Senior Staff member as required.
To remain flexible at all times with regards to duties and working hours
