I am coming for an interview. What should I expect?
For all positions (except Montage/Demontage Assistant and Warehouse positions) face to face interviews are required. Most interviews are held at our head office in Cheshire, however,
we will be conducting interviews around the UK this winter.
If you are invited to attend an interview a member of our recruitment team will arrange a time and a date for your interview.

What training will I receive?
All new staff will receive a company induction/training course, the location of the course depends upon the position you have been offered and further details will be supplied in your allocation and travel information.
What happens with my travel arrangements?
Travel will be booked and paid for by us. Your method of travel will depend on the day you are travelling and the area you are going to. This could be a ferry, flight, train or coach. However, you are able to take your own vehicle and in these circumstances a contribution will be made towards your costs.
Do I have insurance cover?
You will need to take your EHIC card, but we will provide you with private medical and baggage insurance. A deduction of 25 pounds will be taken from your first salary payment as a contribution towards the cost of the cover. A policy document will be sent to you with your allocation and travel information.
